The frame is a riveted frame, and the longitudinal beam is riveted with 12+12double-layer superimposed groove-shaped bending plates and 6cross beams; the main ad vantages are good forming technology , good deformation design adap.ation, and suitable for massproduction.The material is upgraded from 510L to 610L, with better fatigue resistance. It has adopled the com puter aided design and finiteelement optimization analysis.

The fromt suspension of the GBST105 mining dump truck adopis a dependent suspension, with reliable wheel positioning, stable and com fortable driving .The fiont axle adopts lydropneumaties and multi-link mechanism suspension, which is mor e comfortable. The middle andrear axles are connected tothe framethrough leaf springs, which can adapt to changesin load and road conditions and have highreliability.

The engine technology is advanced, energy -efficient and energy saving. The three-stage filter, realizes a lower maintenance cost than that of theoil flter. The exhaust system has short pipeline , uses optimized design and realizes small exhaust back pressure.The split radiator has stronganti-seismic ability and is easy to maimain; the imported air fan has large air olume and low power consumption ; the whole vehicle has a largeheat load capacity. The oil supply stem uses a three-stage filtration function to fully proteet the engine and high-pressure common railinjection system.
