Beijing Lifting and Transportation Machinery Design and Research Institute took the lead and undertook the scientific and technological support project spanning the two five-year plans of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" and "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology——"Key Technologies for Lightweight Bridge Cranes" Research and Application" development research topic. The core equipment and independent project of the project "Key Technology Research and Application of Lightweight Reducer for Bridge Cranes" is clearly undertaken by Jiangsu Tailong Reducer Co., Ltd. The Heavy Transportation Machinery Design and Research Institute, Zhengzhou Machinery Research Institute, Chongqing University and Jiangsu University of Science and Technology formed an industry-university-research consortium. "Report" and other technical documents, by means of parameterization, modular design and noise reduction design, etc., the research and development of dynamic analysis of lightweight reducers, key parts manufacturing, quality control, testing and application have been well implemented. Project research and product manufacturing have achieved phased results. According to the on-the-spot investigation of experts from the inspection and evaluation team, Tailong Reducer Company has completed the prototype manufacturing of two specifications of QQY315 and QQY400 lightweight reducers, and the overall design and manufacture of three specifications of QQY450, QQY630 and QQY710 products Equipment drawings, and completed the design and manufacture of test benches for new reducers and the setup of special testing equipment.
Compared with the JB/T10817 type reducer for traditional hoisting machinery, the lightweight reducer has achieved the technical requirements of a 20% increase in power density, a 10% reduction in weight, and a 3dB reduction in noise. The bridge crane equipped with this transmission machinery can reduce the weight of the whole machine by 15%~20%, and reduce the energy consumption by more than 10%, which has laid a solid foundation for my country's hoisting machinery to climb the international advanced level and realize lightweight, intelligent and green manufacturing.
